At FinnishLine , we are committed to providing transparent and student-friendly services. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed in accordance with our service agreements and university/college regulations.

Please read the policy carefully:

1. General Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if submitted immediately after availing the service, and before any processing begins.

  • Once the application has been processed, documents submitted, admission procedures initiated, or communication sent to the university/college, cancellation cannot be accepted.

  • Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to:

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following fees and services are strictly non-refundable, as outlined in our agreement:

  • Application fee

  • Service/Processing charges

  • Counseling or advisory fee

  • Documentation and admission support fee

  • Charges paid to universities, VFS, insurance companies, or third-party service providers

  • Any government fee, embassy fee, or biometric/VFS charges

Once these services have been initiated by FinnishLine or the university, they cannot be reversed or refunded.

3. University Tuition Fee Refunds

  • Tuition fee refunds are strictly governed by the refund policy of the respective university or educational institution.

  • FinnishLine does not control tuition refund timelines, decisions, or deductions made by the institution.

  • If a student wishes to request a refund from the university, they must:

    • Follow the official university refund procedure.

    • Submit required documents within the timelines set by the institution.

FinnishLine will assist in the communication process but is not responsible for the outcome of the refund decision.

4. Conditional Offers, Delays & Rejection Scenarios

Refund eligibility depends entirely on the university’s policies in the following cases:

  • Visa refusal

  • Deferred admissions

  • Offer withdrawal due to non-payment of tuition fees

  • Failure to submit required documents on time

If the university does not approve a refund, the student will not be eligible for a refund through FinnishLine.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved by the university or third-party service provider:

  • Refunds timeline varies on nature of refund request.

  • FinnishLine does not issue refunds directly unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

6. No-Show or Student Withdrawal

No refund will be issued if:

  • The student withdraws voluntarily after admission.

  • The student fails to respond to university communication.

  • The student fails to make tuition payments within the required deadlines.

  • The student provides false or misleading information.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Documents

If any document or service output provided is incorrect due to an error on our end, FinnishLine will correct it at no additional cost.
No refunds are issued for document-related complaints once the admission process has begun.

8. Final Decision

All refund or cancellation decisions are made strictly according to the agreement signed between the student and FinnishLine and the refund policies of the educational institution.

FinnishLine reserves the right to update this policy at any time to comply with legal, operational, or partner-institution requirements.
